NICHOLAS C. SANTUCCI

WEST MIDDLESEX, PA. – Nicholas C. Santucci, 74, formerly of Youngstown, passed away peacefully Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2014, with his family by his side.

Nick will always be remembered and loved by his family and friends for his work ethic and friendly personality.

He was born April 17, 1939, in Youngstown, the son of Anthony and Arlene (Rango) Santucci.

Nick was in sales all his life and worked for Stupka Motors in Hermitage, Pa. as general manager, then Auto Soft International of West Middlesex in their sales and marketing department and retired in 2010 from Bob Mohr & Associates in Troy, Mich., as National Marketing Director.

He attended Cardinal Mooney High School and Youngstown State University.

Nick was a U.S. Marine veteran. He served during peace time and earned the rank of Corporal and was also in the Ohio National Guard, where he earned the rank of Captain.

He was a member of the VFW and the Knights of Columbus and enjoyed traveling, golfing and gardening.

Nick leaves behind to hold on to his memories, two sisters Martha Coustillac of North Royalton and Phyllis Varie of Campbell; along with many nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, Nick was preceded in death by a son, Nicholas Santucci; and a brother, Anthony Santucci.

Nick’s request was to be cremated and no calling hours or services were held.

Burial took place at Calvary Cemetery with his immediate family members present.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the professional care of the Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home, 4700 Market St., Boardman.
