LIBERTY TOWNSHIP Ivy Pat Schultz, 90, passed away peacefully, Saturday, Oct. 19, 2013, at Liberty Health Care Center.
She was born April 23, 1923, in Warrington, England.
Pat is survived by her sons, John (Eileen) Schultz of Liberty Township, David (Diane) Schultz and Vincent Schultz, both of Ormond Beach, Fla.; a sister, Joan Morton of Concord, Calif.; a grandson, Kevin (Amy) Schultz of Windermere, Fla.; and two great-grandsons, Stone Anthony and Roman Sky.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father; and her husband, Sylvester Schultz, whom she married Sept. 8, 1945, and who passed away March 20, 1981.
The family would like to thank Dr. Amy Awaida and her staff at the Hope Center in Howland, the staff at Liberty Health Care Center, the nurses from Hospice of the Valley, and the staff at the Blackstone Funeral Home. Your caring hearts will always be remembered.
Arrangements were entrusted to the Blackstone Funeral Home.
Interment was held at Churchill Cemetery.
