

NILES - James E. Pritchard, 73, of Niles and Ocala, Fla., went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, Jan. 15, 2012, in his travels overseas.
He was born in Warren on Aug. 9, 1938, the son of David and Violet (Phillips) Pritchard.
Jim was a 1956 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School. He retired from the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services as a district supervisor after 30 years of service. He also operated the Howland Drive In Theater for over 20 years. After retirement, he moved to Ocala and enjoyed to travel the world. He was a collector of antique classic cars and enjoyed car shows. He also enjoyed boating, rehabbing homes for a hobby and gardening.
He is survived by a daughter, Chrissy (Charles III) Pritchard Repomonto of Palmdale, Calif.; son Brian L. (Beth) Pritchard of Niles; two grandchildren, Tyler Gajda and Alexa Repomonto of Palmdale; five sisters, Janet Albera, Joy Cravens, Judy Ogle and June Jones, all of California and Jeanne Shugars of North Carolina; two brothers, Jack Pritchard of Nevada and David Pritchard of Arizona.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Jeff Pritchard.
Calling hours will be Sunday, Feb. 12, 2012, from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home.
The funeral will be Monday, Feb. 13, 2012, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Rev. John Preusser will officiate.
Burial will be at Kerr Cemetery.
