COLUMBIANA William C. Weber, 82, of North Main Street, passed away at 9 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, 2011, at Essex of Salem.
Mr. Weber, the son of Louis and Bernice (Hoffman) Weber, was born on Aug. 27, 1929, in Altoona Pa.
William moved to the Columbiana area in 1961 and worked at the Kaiser Refractories, now known as National Refractories of Columbiana, as a high lift operator for 25 years.
William is survived by his wife, Mary M. Martz, whom he married June 25, 1955. He is also survived by son Craig (Laurie) R. Weber of Columbiana; daughters Sandra (Gary) Simones of Lordstown and Lori (Ray) Davis of Petersburg; two sisters, Marion (Donald) Chilcote of Roaring Springs, Pa. and Nancy Sensebaugh of Duncansville, Pa.; and two brothers, David R. Weber and Louis E. Weber, both of Towanda, Pa. He is also survived by grandchildren, Tim McAvene, Chad Homjak, Renee Homjak, Jena Martin, Steven Weber, and Dustin Davis.
William was preceded in death by sister Dorthy Gibson and grandchild Megan Jo Davis.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2011, at 11 a.m. at the Seederly-Mong & Beck Funeral Home in Columbiana with Pastor Ron Royalty officiating.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 5, 2011, and one hour prior to service.
Burial will be at Crest Haven Memorial Gardens.
