Poland Seminary High School students performed in the annual winter band concert on Feb. 21 at the school’s auditorium.

Band director Jeff Hvizdos and assistant director Jeff Penney conducted the event.

High School students in symphonic band and wind ensembles were featured during the performance.

Symphonic band members performed a number of pieces, including “Alamo March,” “First We Dream” and “Chimney Rock Celebration”.

Members of the wind ensemble performed “March Grandioso,” “Skydance” and “Ruckus” for community members gathered at the event.

For nine senior members of the symphonic band and 20 wind ensemble members, this performance was their final winter concert.

The band will perform on May 14 for the final spring band concert at PSHS at 7 p.m.
