YOUNGSTOWN

Matt Ferree scored three unassisted goals and his hat trick gave the Irish a victory over the Raiders. David McKinney and Chris Carter scored goals for Harding. Benjamin Bell assisted on McKinney’s goal. Ursuline keeper Bo Gray had four saves. George Berzonski had two saves for the Raiders and Trent Murphy had one.

Green 3, Canfield 1

CANFIELD

Noah Leemaster scored twice for the Bulldogs and Miles Woodling added a goal. Mitch Mangie scored the only goal for canfield with Tyler Cole getting an assist.

Crestview 1, Campbell 0

EAST FAIRFIELD

Cutter Crane scored midway through the second half on an assist by Matt Jennings as the Rebels (5-1) beat the Red Devils in an All-American Conference Blue Tier match. Crestview is now in first place in the tier. Carter Blakmen made 11 saves in his third shutout of the season for the Rebels. Campbell goalie Miguel Gonzalez made eight saves.

Poland 5, Jefferson 0

POLAND

Sam Scotford scored twice and teammates Ben Dearing, Dom Gill and Justice Gonzales each had a goal as the Bulldogs beat the Falcons. Poland’s Zack Nemeth had two saves. Jefferson’s Gary Ghiz had 18 saves.

Champion 2, Brookfield 1

BROOKFIELD

Mason McKinney and Cole Elza scored goals for the Golden Flashes (2-3-2) in a game that was scoreless at halftime. Aiden Murphy the only goal for the Warriors (0-4). Champion goalie Andrew Russell had five saves. Daniel Scharmer had 11 saves for Brookfield.

NILES

Austin O’Hara scored twice and Kross Naples scored once for Girard (5-1). Adam Connelly had two assists. Trent Boyles made 12 saves for Niles.

HUBBARD

Mikey Van Such and Jacob Gulu each scored for Hubbard. AJ Trobek had two assists. Matt Lucas made seven saves for South Range while Dominic Colella made four for the Eagles.

Taylow Lowmiller notched a hat trick for Minerva. Griffin Lough scored both goals for West Branch (3-2-1).

Lexie Ensign had four goals and assisted on another as the Red Devils beat the Braves. Cadence Lickwar had two goals and an assist and Olivia Faler and Sarah Schneider each added a goal. Badger’s lone goal was scored by Suzanne Shaffer.

ORWELL

Alyssa Clason scored three goals and Katrina Kingdom, Katie Duffala, Abby River and Ona Iser each had one for the Mustangs. Clason had two assists and Iser, Jessie Crouch and Aleisha Plott each had one for GV. Madi Takacs had three saves for the Mustangs.

Grace Mangapora made 11 kills while Riley Wilkins scored 14 points and made 18 digs for the Cardinals. Alexis Mettille made 11 blocks, Jenna Delisio scored 15 points and Abbi Havrilla and Alyssa Houlder each made nine kills. For the Tigers, Haley Vandergrift made 18 digs and scored nine points with four aces. Mia Pantalone made nine kills and two blocks. JV: Canfield, 25-11, 25-13.

Elizabeth Barreca had 11 kills, Allison Sembach had 19 assists, 16 digs and 14 points and Bree Hutson added 12 digs and six kills in the Tigers’ victory. JV: Newton Falls, 2-0.

LIBERTY

Emily Emch had 11 kills, seven points and two digs to lead Crestview. Brenna Auer and Tess Neville each had nine kills for the Rebels (5-0). Haley Eskra had 13 assists, 10 digs and six points while teammate Anna Gorby had 13 assists, 11 points and nine digs. Melina Manning had eight kills and nine digs for Liberty. Erica Carnes had 10 assists, four kills and eight points. Payten Cylar had 10 digs.

Keara Taylor Hall had 11 kills, 11 digs, 12 points and four assists to lead Niles. Teammate Taylor Shaner had 13 points, six kills, two blocks, and four assists. Emily Filicky had 14 kills and three blocks for Hubbard (0-3). Kellsie Leshnack recorded six kills and two blocks and Karissa Fahndrich had 22 digs and eight points for the Eagles.

Makayla Osborn lead Heartland Christian with 10 kills and 12 digs. Teammate Hannah Brandenstein had five points, an ace, 10 digs and two assists. Lydia Wilson recorded 15 assists, three points and six digs. For Cardinal Mooney, Marissa Landers had 17 assists and nine digs. Megan Petty had eight kills and seven digs, Katie Hough had seven kills and CJ Sapp had 17 digs.

For Cardianl Mooney, Marissa Landers had 17 assists and six digs. Raegan Filipowicz had six kills, Petty and Hough four kills and Sapp 12 digs. No Lordstown stats were reported.

The Panthers (1-4, 1-3 Northeastern Athletic Conference) won for the first time this season. Alayna Sines had 17 digs, 15 points (four aces), seven kills and seven assists for Bristol. Kendyl Switzer added 11 blocks and four aces. Kayla Switzer had 17 digs. JV: none.

Grace Heath had 10 points and two aces for West Branch (5-3). Elis eWallace added 23 assists for the Warriors. Details for Salem were not provided.

WEATHERSFIELD

Makenzy Capouellez made 38 digs while Lyndsey Smith made 14 kills and three blocks for the Tigers. Carly Stitzel scored 24 points and Jennie Stitzel made 12 kills. Danielle Aulet led Mineral Ridge with 18 digs, two blocks, 39 assists, two kills, and an ace. Madison Carl added 33 digs, and Kate Lesko had 12 kills, 29 digs, two assists, and a block for the Rams. EAST PALESTINE

Madelyn Hostletter scored 13 points with four aces while Emily Berger contributed nine kills, seven digs and six blocks for the Bulldogs (5-4, 3-2 Eastern Ohio Athletic Conference). Madee Foste made 39 digs and eight kills while Mady pickett made 10 digs and four blocks. Stats for the Indians were not reported.

Tianna Drake collected 34 kills, Ashley Monroe had 25 assists and Chelsea Marsh had 10 digs for the Vikings (3-3). Danielle Douce had three blocks for LaBrae. Katie Rogers-Vadala led the Warriors with 25 dogs and Bailey Drsapola had seven kills and two blocks. JV: Brookfield, 2-0.

Maggie Dunlap had nine digs, three kills and two blocks and Morgan temmey had six digs, five kills and three aces for the Golden Flashes, who were swept by the Warriors. Savannah Dodrill and Hailey Holland each had six assists for Champion. Edgewood’s statistics were not reported.

BEAVER TOWNSHIP

The Indians beat the Raiders (3-1) thanks to Natalie Pallone (20 kills, nine blocks, seven digs); Raegan Cochran (20 assists, one kill, five blocks, two digs, one ace) and Lexi Cochran (32 digs, three aces, two assists). South Range was led by Drew Feren (19 assists, 14 digs, one ace) Mary Kuhns (52 digs, one ace) and Anna Primavera (16 kills, 10 digs).
