Ted Nugent will return to Packard Music Hall

Ted Nugent will bring his “The Music Made Me Do It” tour to Packard Music Hall on July 10 for an 8 p.m. concert.

Tickets are $29.50, $39.50, $55 and $75 and go on sale May 18 at 10 a.m. at ticketmaster.com, by phone at 800-745-3000 and at the Packard box office, 1703 Mahoning Ave.

It will be Nugent’s second visit to Packard in less than a year. The Motor City rocker last played the venue on Aug. 23.

Nugent’s catalog of hit songs starts with “Journey to the Center of the Mind” by his early band the Amboy Dukes, to classics like “Stranglehold,” “Cat Scratch Fever,” “Dog Eat Dog” and “Free for All.”

Nugent has also become known as a bow-hunting afficionado, gun-rights activist, radio host and a staunch foe of drug and alcohol use.
