WARREN

The Ralph Infante corruption trial resumes this morning with testimony from Infante's last service director, Neil Buccino. The testimony was recorded on video Tuesday evening and is being played for the jury on a video monitor.

The trial is closing in on the end with indications that prosecutors could call their last witness today and allow Infante's attorney to present witnesses if they chose. Closing arguments from the attorneys will follow.

Tuesday's testimony focused on gambling allegations involving "block pools" Infante is accused of operating throughout his 24 years as Niles mayor ending in 2015.
