Holy Family Parish, 2729 Center Road, Poland, will host a cavatelli dinner from 2:30 to 6 p.m. or until sold out. Menu includes cavatelli with homemade sauce, two meatballs, tossed salad, bread and butter, and dessert. Cost is $10. Smaller portion of cavatelli and one meatball is $5. Fresh homemade pasta fagioli is $6 a quart, and homemade pasta sauce is $5 a quart. Takeout only. Patrons can place order and remain in their cars where the dinners will be delivered to them.
Christ Our Savior Parish at Holy Trinity Church, 250 N. Bridge St., Struthers, will sell potato, cabbage and lekvar pirogi. The cost is $6 a dozen. Poland United Methodist Church, 1940 Boardman-Poland Road, will have takeout dinners available from 3:30 p.m. until sold out. Cost is $7. No need to pre-order or get out of the car. Just drive to the front of the church, and your meal of baked stuffed chicken breast, mashed potatoes and green beans will be ready.

Six-Fourteen Church will host a spaghetti dinner fundraiser from 4 to 7 p.m. at Brookfield Fire Hall, 774 state Route 7. Cost is $8 for adults, $4 for children and free for children under 3. Takeout also will be available. Proceeds benefit the Community Outreach Team.
St. Patrick Church, 1410 Oak Hill Ave., Youngstown, will sponsor its final Sauce and Song event until fall from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the social hall with a benefit dinner for Soles of Luv and an afternoon concert featuring the Simple Gifts Interfaith Choir directed by Paige Lape. Dinner includes the main entree, salad, bread, dessert, and beverage. Cost is $8 for adults and $5 for children 10 and under. Carryouts are available, and containers will be provided. Proceeds will support Soles of Luv, a program that provides new athletic shoes and socks to children in need. The one-hour concert will begin at 1:30 p.m. and feature the 60-member Simple Gifts Interfaith Choir performing traditional and contemporary praise anthems along with the opportunity for audience participation.
