Youth Ministry participates in Catholic Schools week

Staff Report

Holy Family Youth Ministry recently volunteered in multiple activities that were part of Catholic Schools Week. One event was a retreat for children in kindergarten through fourth-grade that included learning a song that explains the meaning of Lent, making crafts, creating get well cards for Monsignor David W. Rhodes and more. Children also took part in having their faces painted by the volunteers.

The group also made stockinette hats for premature babies at Akron Children’s Hospital and will deliver them April 15, as they tour the hospital.
