Canfield Christian Church, 123 S. Broad St., Canfield, will offer free Lenten breakfasts from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. today and each Wednesday through March 28. Different menu options will be offered every week, with pancakes, eggs, toast, french toast and sausage available weekly. Donations will be accepted. Take your Bible for a short study on the theme of “Focus.”

THURSDAY

Christ Our Savior Parish at Holy Trinity Church, 250 N. Bridge St., Struthers, will sell potato, cabbage and lekvar pirogi. The cost is $6 a dozen. There is a limit of three dozen cabbage pirogi while supplies last. Orders will be taken from 10 a.m. to noon Thursday and from 8 to 10 a.m. Friday at 330-755-0064. No walk-in orders will be accepted. Pickup will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday. Containers will be provided.

Continuing Healthcare at the Ridge, 3379 Main St., Mineral Ridge, will host a St. Patrick’s Day Tour ‘N Go dinner from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Anyone who wishes to take a tour will receive a corned beef and cabbage dinner for four to take home. For reservations, call 330-652-9901.

Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church Hall, 526 W. Rayen Ave., will take orders for fresh potato and potato with kraut pirogi for $6 per dozen. No containers are necessary. St. Joseph the Provider Church, 633 Porter Ave., Campbell, will host Friday pirogi sales. Call in orders to 330-755-1316 Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. with pickup from noon to 1:30 p.m. Friday. Choose potato, kraut or prune pirogi at $6 per dozen.

St. Stanislaus Church, 430 Williamson Ave., Youngstown, is selling potato, kraut and cottage cheese pirogi. Advance orders will be taken at 330-747-3024 from 8 a.m. to noon Thursday and Friday. Pickup will be Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Cost is $7 per dozen. Pirogi lunches will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Walk-in orders are welcome.

Smith Corners United Methodist Church, 3000 S. Canfield-Niles Road, Austintown, will host Supper at the Corner from 4:30 to 6 p.m. The supper is free to the community. Donations accepted to continue this program.

Holy Trinity Romanian Orthodox Church, 626 Wick Ave, Youngstown, is hosting its annual Easter candy sale until March 29. The sale features homemade eggs with the following flavors: crispy, creamy coconut, peanut, pretzel, peanut butter, s’more and turtle. Cost is $1 per egg or 11 for $10. Jackson Township Fire Department & Auxiliary will host a pancake and sausage breakfast from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the township administration building, 10613 Mahoning Ave., North Jackson. Carry outs available. Cost is $6 for adults, $3 for children 5 to 12 and free to children 4 and under. The event will feature a basket auction and 50-50 raffle.

Austintown Council of PTAs and Fitch Art Department will host the 10th annual Souper Supper event from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Fitch Cafeteria. Proceeds benefit needy families of students in Austintown schools. A 50-50 raffle and basket raffle also will take place. Reservation forms are available at www.autintownschools.org under “District news” and must be completed by today. Cost is $7 for a light meal and a handmade ceramic bowl; $5 includes meal only or bowl only. Bowl is guaranteed to the first 300 paid reservations.

First Presbyterian Church of Girard will be selling chicken noodle, potato and stuffed cabbage soups, homemade pepperoni rolls, fresh baked bread, and homemade sticky buns Saturday. The soup is $5 a quart and $3 a pint. The pepperoni rolls are $8 for the large and $2.50 for a single. Bread is $2 for a large loaf and $1.50 a for a small loaf, and sticky buns are four for $2.50.
