Ceramic art exhibition at YSU

An exhibition titled “Current Clay (2016-2018)” is on display through March 22 in Judith Rae Solomon Gallery, which is on the street level of Bliss Hall, Wick Avenue, at Youngstown State University. The show includes innovative selections by YSU students taught by art professor Missy McCormick. Shown above is a hand-built piece by Caroline Lacusky. The gallery is open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. An artists reception will be March 21 at 4 p.m. Both the exhibition and the reception are free to the public. For information, call 330-941-2307.
