Jalape ±o Bacon Burgers

Heat things up at your next cookout with these spicy, flavor-loaded burgers. Mix beef patties with our signature blend of McCormick Garlic Jalape ±o Seasoning and bacon crumbles before grilling.

1pound lean ground beef

4slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled

1egg, lightly beaten

4teaspoons McCormick Garlic Jalape ±o Seasoning

4slices Cheddar cheese

4hamburger rolls

Mix ground beef, bacon, egg, Seasoning and sea salt in medium bowl until well blended. Shape into 4 patties.

Grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160 degrees). Add cheese slices to burgers 1 minute before cooking is completed.

Serve burgers on rolls with desired toppings and condiments.

Heat oil in large nonstick stick skillet on medium heat. Add salmon patties; cook 5 minutes per side or until lightly browned and cooked through.
