Monster Trucks returning to Covelli
The Toughest Monster Truck tour will return to Covelli Centre for two performances, Feb. 1 and 2. Both shows start at 7:30 p.m.
Tickets range from $21 to $25 and will go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. at Ticketmaster.com, by phone at 800-745-3000 and at the Covelli box office.
Those who purchase tickets before Aug. 9 will receive free pit passes. After that date, pit passes will be sold for $5.
Concert, activities to benefit veterans
NEW CASTLE, PA.
The annual concert to benefit the Wounded Warriors of Pennsylvania will take place Friday from 5 to 10 p.m. at Riverwalk Park. Admission is free.
The concert will feature four bands, food vendors, basket raffles, fireworks and children’s activities, including military vehicles, an obstacle course and a mini boot camp.
The bands will include the David G. Ward Project, Sleeping Dogz, the Rodger Montgomery Band and Miss Freddye. Attendees are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on.
Elham’s Middle Eastern Restaurant, Kathy’s Katering, and Los Amigos will be on site, and there are several restaurants within walking distance.

Event to benefit Olivia’s Grace
A benefit event for Olivia’s Grace, a local nonprofit, will take place Wednesday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Speakeasy Lounge, 136 N. Park Ave., downtown., with a raffle, vendors and specials.
Olivia’s Grace provides bereavement photography at no cost for families who have experienced the loss of a child through stillbirth, miscarriage or infant death. All services are donated to the families.
