Cellular towers set for placement on Rayen Avenue building roof


YOUNGSTOWN — The city’s Design Review Committee approved a proposal today by T-Mobile to install nine cellular antennas on the roof of the AT&T Stealth Tower, 106 W. Rayen Ave.

The project will improve coverage and connection speeds for the company’s cellphone customers, a company official said. The antennas will be installed in a few months.
