Easter Seals offers hot, nutritious meals weekdays in Columbiana and Mahoning counties for people 60 or older and their spouses (regardless of age). Reservations are required three days in advance. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Call 330-884-2513 to make reservations, for serving locations or to arrange for home-delivered meals for seniors who are homebound. Transportation is available by calling 330-884-2511. The program office is at 299 Edwards St., Youngstown.

Wednesday, July 4: Closed

Thursday, July 5: Turkey hot dog on a bun, hashbrowns, veggie chili, pineapple, cookie and chocolate milk

Friday, July 6: Chicken sticks on bread, hashbrowns, diced carrots, applesauce, cookie and milk

Monday, July 9: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, applesauce, bread, cookie and milk

Tuesday, July 10: Barbecued chicken, tater tots, capri vegetables, tropical fruit, wheat bread, cookie and milk

TRUMBULL COUNTY

The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers well-balanced meals at seven locations in Trumbull County for people 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or older. Reservations must be made two working days in advance by 2 p.m. There is no income requirement. Donations are accepted for meals. To make a reservation or for information, call 330-675-2486. The office is at 2959 Youngstown Road SE, Warren.

Thursday, July 5: Beef stroganoff with gravy over buttered bowties, whole grain roll with margarine, peas, carrots, mandarin oranges, sherbet or graham crackers and milk

Friday, July 6: Pineapple glazed ham, wheat bread with margarine, whipped sweet potatoes, seasoned Brussels sprouts, pineapple tidbits, strawberry or angel food cake and milk

Monday, July 9: Steak sandwich with peppers, onions, cheese and mayonnaise on a sandwich roll, ranch seasoned potatoes, corn, seasonal fruit, regular or sugar-free cookie and milk

Tuesday, July 10: Mustard glazed pork loin, wheat bread with margarine, vegetable rice pilaf, cauliflower, apple salad, pears, mini muffin or graham crackers and milk
