Easter Seals offers hot, nutritious meals weekdays in Columbiana and Mahoning counties for people 60 or older and their spouses (regardless of age). Reservations are required three days in advance. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Call 330-884-2513 to make reservations, for serving locations or to arrange for home-delivered meals for seniors who are homebound. Transportation is available by calling 330-884-2511. The program office is at 299 Edwards St., Youngstown.

Wednesday, Jan. 31: Meatloaf with gravy, mixed vegetables, juice, wheat bread, cookie and milk

Thursday, Feb. 1: Teriyaki chicken, diced potatoes, carrots, pineapple tidbits, bread, cookie and chocolate milk

Friday, Feb. 2: Pizza burger, corn, green beans, applesauce, cookie and milk

Monday, Feb. 5: Swedish meatballs, penne, yellow squash, green beans, wheat bread, cookie and milk

Tuesday, Feb.6: Soft taco wrap, pinto beans, corn, tropical fruit, cookie and milk

TRUMBULL COUNTY

The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers well-balanced meals at 11 locations in Trumbull County for people 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or older. Reservations must be made two working days in advance by 2 p.m. There is no income requirement. Donations are accepted for meals. To make a reservation or for information, call 330-675-2486. The office is at 2959 Youngstown Road SE, Warren.

Wednesday, Jan. 31: Kielbasa on a hot dog roll with mustard, pirogi, sauerkraut, tossed salad with ranch dressing, fresh seasonal fruit, regular or sugar-free pudding and milk

Thursday, Feb. 1: Pot roast with gravy, Italian bread with margarine, roasted potatoes, mixed vegetables, peaches, regular or sugar-free gelatin and milk

Friday, Feb. 2: Chicken Alfredo over pasta, garlic breadstick, green beans, carrots, tropical fruit, ice cream or graham crackers and milk

Monday, Feb. 5: Country fried steak with creamy gravy, wheat bread with margarine, cheesy whipped potatoes, sweet peas, mixed fruit, regular or sugar-free pudding and milk

Tuesday, Feb.6: Creamy chicken picatta, garlic breadstick, buttered orzo, Brussels sprouts, fresh broccoli salad, peaches, sherbet or graham crackers and milk
