WARREN

Trumbull Neighborhood Partnership has announced a $15,000 grant from Trumbull Memorial Health Foundation for its Garden Resources of Warren program. The GROW program is used to help increase health foods, social capital, community and well being among Warren residents and the surrounding community.

Funds will be used for Power of Produce Kids Programs at TNP’s Warren Farmer’s Market which helps children age 5 to 12 and their parents build healthy eating habits through Growing Health and Wellness Education Classes, Community Garden Support and more classes on how to grow your own food. For information about TNP visit www.tnpwarren.org.
