Committee members are Howland Township Administrator Darlene St. George; Dennis Blank, a recent Warren mayoral candidate; and Col. A man being held in Mahoning County jail assaulted deputies with bodily substances, according to an incident report. The report was mentioned in a document filed in Ricki Williams’ case for the 2014 slaying of a 16-year-old girl in Austintown. The report claims an inmate pulled a bottle containing a mixture of urine and feces and threw it on others at the jail, including at least one deputy. Charges have not been filed against Williams. In 2016, Williams was indicted on six counts of harassment with a bodily substance for a similar incident that occurred at the jail in July of that year.
