A Mahoning County Grand Jury indicted 15 people, including Joseph Keney, 49, of Difford Drive, Niles, on felonious assault, vehicular assault and aggravated menacing.
Keney is accused of driving a family of four off of state Route 711 Nov. 29. The family said a pickup truck began tailgating them when the truck, driven by Keney, struck the back of their car and pushed them off the road, according to the report.
Other indictments include:
Michael D. Sullivan, 22, Euclid Avenue, Struthers, and Tyler J. Verhest, 18, Nielson Avenue, Youngstown, robbery, tampering with evidence, aggravated trafficking in drugs and receiving stolen property.
Terrance Dashawn Craig, 26, Freedom Avenue, Campbell, two counts of felonious assault with firearm specifications and tampering with evidence.
Stephanie McPeters, 33, Jean Street, Campbell, felonious assault with a firearm specification and aggravated menacing.
James Nicholson, 35, Powers Way, felonious assault and discharge of a firearm at or into a prohibited premises with firearm specifications.
Juwuan Howell, aka Duke Howell, 19, Eastway Avenue, felonious assault, assault, petty theft and aggravated trespass.
Jennifer Baldwin, 37, North Dunlap Avenue, burglary.
James C. Levy III, 48, Cherry Hill Drive, trafficking in marijuana, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing official business.
Randy W. Pence, 34, Meadowbrook Drive, Leavittsburg, theft.
James Anthony Reed, 19, 4th Street, Struthers, possession of cocaine, petty theft and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
Diana Rosemarie Cruz, 41, Chestnut Street, Warren and CassondraM. Hollie, 30, Atlantic Street, Warren, theft.
Frank J. Pierce, 38, Park Avenue, two counts of robbery.
David S. Bellish, 33, Crestview Road, Leetonia, felonious assault.
