Easter Seals offers hot, nutritious meals weekdays in Columbiana and Mahoning counties for people 60 or older and their spouses (regardless of age). Reservations are required three days in advance. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Call 330-884-2513 to make reservations, for serving locations or to arrange for home-delivered meals for seniors who are homebound. Transportation is available by calling 330-884-2511. The program office is at 299 Edwards St., Youngstown.

Wednesday, Feb. 28: Meatloaf with gravy, mixed vegetables, juice, wheat bread, cookie and milk

Thursday, March 1: Teriyaki chicken, diced potatoes, carrots, pineapple tidbits, bread, cookie and chocolate milk

Friday, March 2: Pizza burger, corn, green beans, applesauce, cookie and milk

Monday, March 5: Swedish meatballs, pasta, yellow squash, green beans, wheat bread, cookie and milk

Tuesday, March 6: Soft taco wrap, pinto beans, corn, tropical fruit, cookie and milk

TRUMBULL COUNTY

The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers well-balanced meals at seven locations in Trumbull County for people 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or older. Reservations must be made two working days in advance by 2 p.m. There is no income requirement. Donations are accepted for meals. To make a reservation or for information, call 330-675-2486. The office is at 2959 Youngstown Road SE, Warren.

Wednesday, Feb. 28: Meatballs with marinara sauce, Italian bread with margarine, baked ziti, Italian green beans, Caesar salad with dressing, fresh seasonal fruit, mini loaf or vanilla wafers and milk

Thursday, March 1: Breaded chicken cutlet, wheat bread with margarine, au gratin potatoes, sweet peas, peaches, regular or sugar-free pudding and milk

Friday, March 2: Baked salmon with teriyaki glaze, dinner roll with margarine, brown rice, island vegetable blend, sweet and sour coleslaw, pineapple tidbits, sherbet or graham crackers and milk

Monday, March 5: Barbecued chicken breast, wheat bread with margarine, baked beans, warm spiced pears, fresh broccoli salad, ice cream or graham crackers and milk

Tuesday, March 6: Beef braciole with gravy over noodles, bread with margarine, lima beans, carrots, cottage cheese with peaches and milk
