Don Felder coming to Packard hall


Don Felder, formerly of The Eagles, will come to Packard Music Hall on Nov. 7.

Live Nation will offer $20 tickets to thousands of its concerts, including more than 30 at both KeyBank Paviliion and Blossom Music Center, between April 30 and May 8.

Local comedians plan show at Papa’s


The Comedians of Local Interest will present a night of comedy at 8 p.m. Saturday at Papa’s Puerto Rican foods, 284 Twelfth St.

Tickets are $5 (with a one-drink minimum) and can be purchased at the door, or in advance at Papa’s or online at The show is for adult audiences.

The host will be Lil V. Performing comedians will be Tom Smith, Craig Latchaw, Missy Rentas, Christopher Haddock and Marcus Cox.

The Comedians of Local Interest are a Youngstown-based group of stand-up comedians who perform monthly shows at various locations.

Kite Festival at MetroParks farm


Mill Creek MetroParks and the Ohio Society for the Elevation of Kites will present a kite festival Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the MetroParks Farm, state Route 46.

Guests can bring a kite to fly and enter in free games. Children can enjoy bubbles, wind activities, and sky crafts.
