“Roseanne” (8 p.m., ABC): Roseanne (Roseanne Barr) clashes with her daughter Darlene over how she’s raising her children, while Dan (John Goodman) get her an elevator chair because of her bad knee.
“Rise” (9:01 P.M., NBC): Robbie’s (Damon J. Gillespie) two worlds collide at a house party, where tensions threaten to bubble over as his football teammates face off with the drama troupe.

Broadway season includes ‘Hamilton’
The PNC Broadway in Pittsburgh series for the 2018-19 season will include “Hamilton” and six other shows that hold a combined 19 Tony Awards, including Best New Musical for 2016 (“Hamilton”) and 2017 (“Dear Evan Hansen”).
Due to unprecedented demand, a limited number of new subscription tickets will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. To add your name to the new subscriber waiting list, go to trustarts.org. Season ticket packages range from $250 to $787, depending on seating location.
In addition to seats at every show, season ticket holder benefit include priority seating access, easy ticket exchanges, and dining discounts in the Cultural District.

Comedy night at Nic’s Lounge
A comedy night featuring headliner Spyder Jones, and hosted by Jon Huff and Will Hopkins, will take place Saturday at Nic’s Lounge, 1629 N. Main St., at 8:30 p.m. Admission is $5.
The evening will also include performances by local comedians Tony Mazur, Becky Miller, Dino Simpson, Daniel Ferrere, B. Gaddy, Angelo Jackson, JeMel Burner Rankins, Henry James Chambliss, Lex Godoy, Dave Laughlin, Carlos Rivera, Mike Elliot and Amanda Smith.
