Lakeview 4, Poland 1


Noah Busefink notched a hat trick and assisted on a Jeff Remmick goal to lead Lakeview over Poland. Lakeview goalie Chris Altier made six saves. For Poland Rhys Jones made 17 saves in goal and Sam Scotford scored.

Maplewood 5, Grand Valley 0


Tommy Rink scored twice to lead Maplewood (8-0). The Rockets also got goals from Evan Hunter, Brandon Stowe, and Fernando Matos. Goalie Phil Smith made three saves for the Rockets.

Howland 4, Boardman 1


Four different players scored for Howland, as the Tigers defeated Boardman. Gabe Altawil, Andrew Lightner, matt Seem, and Jonah Weisman all scored for the Tigers. Trevor Boggess scored Boardman’s lone goal.

Hubbard 5, Edgewood 0


Anthony Gagliardi had three goals to lift Hubabrd past Edgewood. Derrick Cobbin added another goal and AJ Trobek had a PK goal and two assists for the Eagles. Alex Sinopoli assisted on two Hubbard goals.

Austintown Fitch 6, Ursuline 2


After leading 1-0 at the half, Fitch exploded for five second half goals. Blake Baker scored three goals for the Falcons and CJ Sobien, Dom Foley and Derian Mesaros scored one goal each. For Ursuline Mario Ruano and Daneil Hoffman notched a goal each.

Lakeview 4, Poland 1


Noah Busefink had a hat trick for Lakeview (5-0) and Jeff Remmick scored one goal. Sam Scotford had the lone goal for Poland (3-2-1). Justin Grove made four saves for Lakeview and Rhys Jones had six for Poland.

West Branch 5, Carrollton 1


Luke Johnson and David Sutton each scored twice for the Warriors and Steve Stenson scored once. Johnson also had two assists. Jacob Ford scored a goal for Carrollton.


Salem 3, Springfield 1


Bailey Thorne made 14 saves for the undefeated Quakers. Jenna Hatton scored and Lex Slike made five saves for the Tigers (6-1).

Lakeview 7, Edgewood 0


Hailey Raines, Sam Yanci, Allie Augustine each scored two goals for Lakeview and Maddy Clark scored once. Reagan Rosenberger had three assists for the winning side. Caitee Kachurik and Tiffany Bartholomew combined to make three saves.

Grand Valley 7, Waterloo 0


Alyssa Clason collected four goals and assist and Ella Crum had two goals and three assists as the Mustangs rolled. Lily Portman had the other GV goal. Emily D’Amico had two assists and Sabrina Flacke added another for the Mustangs. Mustangs goalie Izzi Scarberry made two saves and Waterloo goalie Alyssa May had 28 saves.

Crestwood 5, Valley Christian 0


The Red Devils shut out the Eagles in a Portage Trail Conference County Division game. No other details were reported.


Cardinal Mooney 25-25-25, Southeast 16-23-21


Autumn DeSantis had a team-high 19 kills and 22 digs for Cardinal Mooney (7-2). Maria Pelini dished 29 assists and eight kills. Courtney Koken had 10 kills and 15 digs and Kaylyn Bowman put up seven kills four blocks for the winning side. Renee Myers had 11 kills to lead Southeast (3-7).

Boardman 25-25-25, Howland 20-18-23


Kaylin Burkey and Maria Torres each had 12 kills for Boardman. Burkey also had 13 digs and Reagan Burkey had 34 assists. Faith Grant had 13 kills, 10 points and five service aces for Howland. Kathryn Summerfield dished 20 assists.

South Range 3, Ursuline 1


Ashley McKee had three kills, 28 assists, six service aces and a block for the Raiders. Mary Kuhns made 32 digs and Anna Primavera had nine kills and two digs. Destiny Goodnight had 13 kills and 28 digs to lead Ursuline and Julianna Kratzer had 31 digs and six points.

Newton Falls 25-25-25, Liberty 16-15-12


Elizabeth Boone reached two digits in three categories: 17 points, 12 assists and 10 digs for Newton Falls (7-2). Izzy Kline put up 17 kills, 12 digs and six blocks and Atlanta Spahlinger had 14 points and 10 digs. Melina Bardol had 22 digs fro Liberty.

LaBrae 26-10-17-25-15, Brookfield 24-25-25-23-7


Danielle Douce led the Vikings (5-5) with 13 kills. Emily Kujala had 11 digs and Arianna Geordan dished 25 assists. No stats were reported for Brookfield.

Jefferson 25-25-25, Struthers 14-19-12


Khaylah Brown had four kills and Trinity Farrar had four blocks for Struthers in defeat. Sarah DeGeorge lead Jefferson with 17 kills and Tory Durkovich dished 20 assists.

Maplewood 25-25-25, Bloomfield 17-18-18


Maria Danko led Maplewood with 15 kills, 11 points and 19 digs. Courtney Hubbard had 10 points, 13 digs and five kills. Lori Wakefield and Autumn Hanek dished 14 and 10 assists, respectively.

Waterloo 24-25-25-25, Springfield 26-7-8-18


Lyndsey Smith had 10 kills, four points and a block for Springfield. Jennie Stitzel added seven kills and five points. Kaelen Yemma had 21 assists in defeat for the Tigers (7-3). No stats were reported for Waterloo.

United 25-25-22-25, East Palestine 15-18-25-14


Camryn Jarrett had 33 kills to lead United (7-2) and Cameron Pierson dished 40 assists. Jenn Rhodes, Marlaina Frye and Madee Foster each had six kills for East Palestine (5-5). Madyson Pickett dished 16 assists.

Crestview 25-25-25, Leetonia 6-1-8


For Crestview, Brenna Auer had 11 kills and one block, Mackenzie Daub had 10 kills and four blocks and Haley Eskra had 21 assists, three aces and 25 points. Elyssa Jones had eight digs, one ace and two assists and Miya Dolan had nine digs for Leetonia.

Ashtabula Lakeside 25-25-25, Warren Harding 13-9-15


Nalida McQueen had four kills and five blocks and Lexie Pflager had three kills and two blocks for Harding. Stats for Lakeside were not provided.

West Branch 25-25-25, Canton South 19-13-8


West Branch (6-6) defeated Canton South in straight sets, led by the performance of Grace Heath. Heath had 13 points and an ace along with seven kills. Elisa Wallace added 15 points and six aces and added seven kills for the Warriors. Wallace also had 12 assists.

Mineral Ridge 25-25-25, Sebring 8-11-7


Delaney Schumacher helped Mineral Ridge roll past Sebring. Schumacher totaled 14 aces, six digs, four kills and five assists. Kate Lesko chipped in on the Rams win with 11 digs, four kills, and three aces.

Crestview 25-25-25, Linsly (W.Va.) 11-10-11


Crestview’s duo of Mackenzie Daub and Amelia Montgomery led the Rebels to victory. Daub had 18 kills and three blocks and Montgomery added six aces, four digs and 20 points. Haley Eskra chipped in with 22 assists, nine points, two aces and three digs for the Rebels (8-2).

Mathews 17-25-25-25, Newbury 25-12-21-9


Alivia Oulton notched eight aces and 12 kills for Mathews (8-1). Addy Jarvis added 10 kills and Megan Haynie had 26 assists.

PV 26-25-22-19-15, Bristol 24-10-25-25-9


Kendyl Switzer had 15 blocks and nine points for Bristol (4-5). Hailie Durst added nine kills and three aces and Alayna Sines had 15 digs.

Lakeview 25-22-25-17-15, Austintown Fitch 19-25-17-25-9


Lexi Inman led Lakeview with 12 points, 25 assists and seven blocks. Hayley Lytle added 20 kills and four aces for the Bulldogs. Khala Cameron led Fitch with 17 kills, three aces and 10 blocks.

Western Reserve 25-25-25, Jackson-Milton 16-16-11


Alexis Hughes had 13 points, four aces, and 15 kills for Western Reserve. Laura Sigworth added 11 kills and 16 assists for the Blue Devils. Ashley Cameron had seven kills and four blocks for Jackson-Milton (2-5).

Lakeside 21-23-25-25-15, Girard 25-25-15-15-9


Rylee Cole had 13 points and six aces and Mackeznie Hamilton had 18 digs for Lakeside (8-3). For Girard (3-6), Natalie Pallone had 30 kills, four aces, five blocks, and 11 digs. Jenna Bornemiss totaled 21 assists, Jill Boccieri had 14 points, and Lexi Cochran added 18 digs for the Indians.

Champion 25-25-25 Campbell 21-11-11


Morgan Tenney had eight kills and four aces for Champion. Abbi grace added five kills, and Maggie Dunlap had five aces, five digs, and two blocks. Savannah Dodrill dishes 14 assists for the Flashes. Selena Lopez had 23 digs for Campbell.
