Easter Seals offers hot, nutritious meals weekdays in Columbiana and Mahoning counties for people 60 or older and their spouses (regardless of age). Reservations are required three days in advance. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Call 330-884-2513 to make reservations, for serving locations or to arrange for home-delivered meals for seniors who are homebound. Transportation is available by calling 330-884-2511. The program office is at 299 Edwards St., Youngstown.

Wednesday, Sept. 6: Cheese ravioli, green beans, sliced carrots, applesauce, juice, bread and milk

Thursday, Sept. 7: Beef rib patty on a bun, brussels sprouts, seasoned potatoes, dried fruit, orange juice and milk

Friday, Sept. 8: Breaded chicken on a bun, peas, cubed redskin potatoes, dried fruit, cookie, juice and milk

Monday, Sept. 11: Maple French toast, turkey sausage, tater tots, orange juice, applesauce, cookie and milk

Tuesday, Sept. 12: Manicotti, broccoli, seasoned potatoes, dried fruit, orange juice, bread and milk

TRUMBULL COUNTY

The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers well-balanced meals at 11 locations in Trumbull County for people 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. There is no income requirement. Donations are accepted for meals. To make a reservation or for more information, call 330-675-2486. Wednesday, Sept. 6: Meat sauce over penne, California vegetable blend, tossed salad with Italian dressing, Italian bread with margarine, warm cinnamon apples, regular or sugar-free cookie and milk

Thursday, Sept. 7: Breaded lemon pepper pollock, white rice, green beans, sweet and sour coleslaw, dinner roll with margarine and tartar sauce, tropical fruit, angel food cake and milk

Friday, Sept. 8: Savory sausage scramble, breakfast potatoes, warm cinnamon peaches, English muffin with margarine, fruit juice, blueberry muffin or vanilla wafers and milk

Monday, Sept. 11: Salisbury steak with gravy, whipped potatoes, Harvard beets, wheat bread with margarine, apricots, angel food cake and milk

Tuesday, Sept. 12: Potato crusted fish with tartar sauce, macaroni and cheese, stewed tomatoes, three bean salad, dinner roll with margarine, fresh fruit, regular or sugar-free cookie and milk
