The 220 Group Ltd., which in Youngstown does business as both Great Clips of Austintown and Great Clips of Canfield, was the proud recipient of several of the most coveted national awards at the recent Great Clips Convention that took place this year in Cleveland.
At the annual gathering, Great Clips of Canfield manager Kristyl Jackson, and Assistant Managers Hailey Mackay and Cami Jackson, were on hand to receive the coveted Great Clips Main Sail Award for the third-consecutive year.
This award, presented annually to about the top 3 percent of all 4,100 international Great Clips salons, recognizes excellent performance in both areas of customer service, as measured by customer returns and satisfaction.
