Campbell Memorial High School receives awards

Campbell Memorial High School was the recipient of two Excellence in Education Awards at a luncheon that took place in October. The first award was for achievements in critical data-driven, nontesting areas of graduation rates and industry-recognized credentials. The graduation-rate award was given to schools with at least 5 percent year-over-year improvement in the number of students graduating on time. CMHS also was awarded for having at least 5 percent of 2016-17 graduating students earn at least 12 points through an industry-recognized credential in one of 13 high-demand career fields. The seventh annual Excellence in Education Awards luncheon was hosted by Eastern Ohio Education Partnership.
