Students in Adrienne Lesnett’s freshman honors English classes raised $830.32 to help animals affected by Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma. The students voted to raise funds for the Humane Society of America Disaster Relief Fund. Their efforts included selling popcorn and Gatorade at all girls tennis matches. Chipotle in Alliance also helped by donating a percentage of all meals purchased.
