CANFIELD

Feb. 21

Theft: Police arrested Brandon Ferrier, 20, of Stoneybrook Lane, on a charge of theft after a report to police he made unauthorized credit card charges at a home in the 600 block of Herbert Road.

Business fraud: Police again arrested Ferrier on a second charge of theft after a report of potential fraud related to business accounts on Herbert Road.

AUSTINTOWN

Feb. 20

Theft: Police issued a summons to Shana Starks, 32, of Lake Drive, Youngstown, on a theft charge. Police accuse her of taking $600 in merchandise from JCPenney, 6000 Mahoning Ave. She was turned over to Trumbull County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for a larceny charge in Liberty.

Theft: A man fled with clothing from JCPenney.

Weapons offense: A vehicle was damaged from gunfire at Bill’s Place, 4771 Mahoning Ave.

Arrest: Police arrested Peter Harasyn, 37,of Forest Hill Drive on a charge of domestic violence.

Feb. 21

Theft: A theft occurred at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Felonious assault: A brick was thrown at a person and vehicle at Get Go, 5163 Mahoning Ave.

Recovered property: Suspected narcotics were recovered at Briarfield Manor, 461 S. Canfield-Niles Road.

Passing bad checks: A $1,000 check was passed at Emilio’s Drive Thru, 1255 S. Raccoon Road.

Theft: Police arrested Karrie Kascack, 28, of Sugar Pine Drive, Warren, for a theft at Walmart.

Feb. 22

Theft: Police arrested Brittany Turner, 29, of East Florida Avenue, Youngstown, on a theft charge. Police accuse her of taking $40.61 in merchandise from Walmart.

Recovered stolen property: A stolen mini bike was towed from Ferdinand and South Meridian roads.

Burglary: A television was taken from an apartment where a door was left unlocked in the 30 block of South Main Street.

Feb. 23

Auto theft: A 2003 Jaguar was stolen from a home in the 5000 block of South Saratoga Avenue.

Warrant: Police arrested Alexander Barber, 26, of West Boulevard, Boardman, on a warrant for domestic violence.

Theft: Police issued a summons to Nina Valorie, 25, of North Whitney Avenue, Youngstown, on a theft charge. Police accuse her of taking $131.29 in merchandise from Walmart.

Warrant: Police arrested Phillisa Patton, 27, of West Indianola Avenue, Youngstown, on a warrant for possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

Disturbance: A male claimed to have been assaulted at a home in the 6000 block of Ruby Court.

Feb. 24

Breaking and entering: A fenced-in area was entered and tires and rims stolen off a Ford F-150 pickup truck at Bud Brothers,168 S. Meridian Road.

Warrant: Police arrested Cassie Ramsey, 26, of South Roanoke Avenue, on a warrant for theft in excess of $3,600 in merchandise over a period of several weeks as an employee at Walmart.

Identity theft: An account was opened fraudulently involving a person who lives at a home in the 10 block of Kleber Avenue.

Drug offense: Police issued a summons to Roscoe Burkes, 47, of New Road on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Drug offense: Police issued a summons to Matthew Whittenberger, 18, of Lake Wobegon Drive, Canfield, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Feb. 25

Criminal damaging: Four car tires were flattened at Austintown Fitch High School, 4560 Falcon Drive.

Theft: Police issued a summons to Brendan O’Rourke, 26, of Berkshire Drive, Youngstown, on a theft charge. Police accuse him of taking $7.68 in food from Sheetz, 5499 Mahoning Ave.

Burglary: Cash and a credit card were taken from a car parked in a garage at a home in the 3000 block of 42nd Street. Both the car and garage were unlocked.

Disturbance: A victim reported being assaulted by a bartender at Magilla’s, 255 S. Four Mile Run Road.

Theft: A front license plate was stolen from a vehicle parked at a home in the 100 block of North Main Street.

Theft: Police issued a summons Barbara Miller, 36, of Athens Drive, Warren, on a theft charge. Police accuse her of taking $29.78 in merchandise from Walmart.

Feb. 26

Theft: A bike was stolen from New Leaf, 4498 Warwick South.

Drug offense: Police issued a summons to Michael Crytzer, 18, of Eigen Street on a charge of possession of marijuana.
