Students from Poland North Preschool walked the stage and received a diploma as they prepared to move on to kindergarten.
Danielle Argeras, Joy Bucci and Samantha Cox have worked with their students for months to get them ready for kindergarten.
Argeras and Bucci help their students transition from preschool to kindergarten, while Cox teaches a transitional kindergarten class. The transitional kindergarten class gives students a little more help between preschool and kindergarten to make sure they’re completely prepared for kindergarten.
Each class had their own graduation time and there was a full house for every one of them. All of the classes learned different songs to perform for their audience. All of the students wore a graduation cap and the transitional kindergarten class wore graduation robes.
The teachers created a video, which was made up of pictures of the students throughout the school year. There were pictures from field trips, activity days and many other occasions.
When the performance was finished, the students walked down the stage steps and accepted their diplomas from their teachers. Students, families and teachers celebrated with cake, punch and plenty of pictures.
