Easter Seals offers hot, nutritious meals weekdays in Columbiana and Mahoning counties for people 60 or older and their spouses (regardless of age). Reservations are required three days in advance. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Call 330-884-2513 to make reservations, for serving locations or to arrange for home-delivered meals for seniors who are homebound. Transportation is available by calling 330-884-2511. The program office is located at 299 Edwards St., Youngstown.

Wednesday, Feb. 8: Dinner loaf, potatoes with gravy, corn, dried fruit, cookie, bread and milk

Thursday, Feb. 9: Chicken breast, seasoned potatoes, green beans, applesauce, cookie, bread and milk

Friday, Feb. 10: Pirogi, carrots, broccoli, dried fruit, juice, cookie and milk

Monday, Feb. 13: Omelet, tater tots, dried fruit, orange juice, cookie and milk

Tuesday, Feb. 14: Chicken patty, sweet potatoes, gravy, vegetable blend, applesauce, juice, cookie and milk

TRUMBULL COUNTY

The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers well-balanced meals at 11 locations in Trumbull County for people 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. There is no income requirement. Donations are accepted for meals. To make a reservation or for more information, call 330-675-2486. Wednesday, Feb. 8: Roast beef with gravy over egg noodles, broccoli, tossed salad with ranch dressing, Italian bread with margarine, peaches, regular or sugar-free cookie and milk

Thursday, Feb. 9: Baked chicken breast with gravy, ranch seasoned redskin potatoes, baby lima beans, dinner roll with margarine, mixed fruit, regular or sugar-free pudding and milk

Friday, Feb. 10: Baked ham slice, scalloped potatoes, carrots, wheat bread with margarine, pineapple, mini banana loaf or vanilla wafers and milk

Monday, Feb. 13: Omelet with cheese, sausage patty, breakfast potatoes, warm cinnamon peaches, English muffin with margarine, fruit juice, blueberry muffin or vanilla wafers and milk

Tuesday, Feb. 14: Chicken stroganoff over egg noodles, sweet peas, carrots, wheat bread with margarine, mixed fruit, cherry fluff or sugar-free pudding and milk
