NORTH ROYALTON

North Royalton scored 20 points in the fourth quarter to pull away. Pete Haas scored a game-high 21 points while teammate Anthony Fire had 14 points for the Cardinals.

YOUNGSTOWN

Valley Christian’s Milan Square scored a game-high 21 points including three 3-pointers. Teammate Jordan Trowers scored 17 points. Nick Burns led the Pirates with 14 points.

JEFFERSON

Carson Ryan’s first career triple double delivered Struthers’ first victory. The sophomore put up 23 points, grabbed 12 rebounds and dished 10 assists for the Wildcats (1-4). Adrian Brown and Ryan Leonard scored 15 and 11 points for the winning side. Andrew Bance made six threes in a 24-point performance for Jefferson (1-3).

Edgewood held a 41-21 at the end of the first half. Hayden Kanicki scored a game-high 22 points and ricky Baldwin had 16 for Edgewood.. Trey Edwards was the only double-digit scorer for the Red Devils. He finished with 12 points.

Davion Daniels led the Eagles with 15 points. Teammates Shannon Slovesko had 14 points and Cam resatar had 12. Daniel Evans led the Bulldogs with 15 points. A.J. McClellan had 13 for Lakeview.

LaBrae had a 36-21 lead at halftime. Aaron Iler and Logan Kiser scored 20 points each for the Vikings. Liberty’s Dra Ruston scored a team-high 18 points. Ezell Brown also had 12 points for the Leopards.

GIRARD

Newton Falls held on for the overtime win. Gage Friend and Chris Rankin each scored 14 points for the Tigers. Teammate Preston Rapczak had 12 points. Austin Claussell led Girard with 26 points.

LISBON

Justin Sweeney scored 26 points, along with four assists and three steals to help Lisbon (3-2) edge Columbiana (1-4). Branson Brownfield added 13 points for the Devils. Leading the way for Columbiana was Jared Wilson with 21 poitns including four 3-pointers.

Drake Batcho scored 25 points to lead Champion. Gabe Deuble added 13 points and Joe Abramovich had 12 points as the Flashes rolled past Brookfield. The Warriors were led by Conner Stevens with 18 points and Brady Reichardt with 10 points.

John Ritter and Drew Clark scored 14 points each to lead Springfield (4-0). Clark also had 12 rebounds, giving him a double-double. Evan Ohlin added 12 points for the Tigers. Jackson-Milton (1-3) was led by Mason Robinson (19 points) and Taylor Kleinknecht (18).

The combination of Nate Karaffa and Jake Keenan was too much for the Bulldogs. Karaffa scored 21 and Keenan scored 20 for Toronto. East Palestine’s Dominic Posey scored 16 and teammate Branden Kemp scored 13.

HANOVERTON

Three players accounted for all but four of United’s points. Parker Hydrick’s 20 points, Kaden Smith’s 19 points and Dakota Hill’s 17 carried the Golden Eagles. Landon Baker had the rest. Roman Ferry led Leetonia with 15 points.
