Artists of the Rust Belt present holiday gift sale
Artists of the Rust Belt will present the Last Minute Market, an opportunity to purchase unique Christmas gifts, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at B&O Station, 530 Mahoning Ave.
The market will feature local artists and artisans selling a variety of handmade items, including knitted wear, pottery, photography, paintings, jewelry, repurposed furniture, Christmas ornaments, watercolor paintings, tile paintings and more.
Mary Ann’s Fine Foods will sell rum cakes and spinach and pepperoni breads. Dana’s Fudge and Candy will offer sweet treats, and the Alternative will be parked on site.
A second and final Last Minute Market will take place Dec. 23 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the B&O Station.
Black Sheep Players in ‘Carol’ radio play
Random Acts of Artists Black Sheep Players will present “A Christmas Carol: A Live Radio Play” on Dec. 16 at 7:30 p.m. and Dec. 17 at 2:30 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 600 E. State St.
The show brings to life the classic Dickens tale as a 1940s live radio broadcast. Tickets are $15 at the door, cash only. For reservations, call 724-418-4180.
