Registration is at noon with a shotgun start at 1 p.m. Play will conclude at 6 with an open-bar reception and silent auction, and a buffet dinner will be served at 6:30. Golf and auction items will be awarded at the end of dinner.

Golf tickets are $150 or $600 for a team of four. Admission for dinner is $100 per person.

Sponsors include The DeBartolo Corporation; Harrington, Hope and Mitchell; Al and Susanne Cinelli; Mercy Foundation; Eye Care Associates; Nephrology Associates; and Stifel.

Sponsorships and team registration are available, and auction donations are being accepted. Donors and sponsors will be recognized during the event. For information, call Dominic Mancini, communications director, at 330-779-8045.
