Jeremiah Knight rushed for 369 yards on 28 carries and scored five touchdowns for the Falcons (2-3). Knight’s scoring runs covered 88, 4, 1, 57 and 35 yards.

Quarterback J.J. Henson passed for 188 yards by completing 7 of 10 tosses. Three went for touchdowns (20 yards to Nathan Jacobs and 60 and 30 yards to Jon Jackson).

For the Indians (0-5), quarterback Mark Waid passed for 321 yards and ran for 151 yards. Waid scored four touchdowns on runs covering 18, 1, 25 and 7 yards.

Waid also threw touchdown passes to Michael Belcik (54 yards) and Kenny Walters (30 yards). Nick Hall caught 10 passes for 144 yards.

Arjay Oliver and Carlton Brown both reached the end zone twice in the quarter.

The touchdown for Champion (3-2, 1-1 All-American Conference Blue Tier) was scored by Nick Stahlman in the fourth quarter on a 6-yard run.

The Brookfield (3-2) rushing attack of Alex Clark and Xavier Bailey led the Warriors.

Bailey had 126 yards and five touchdowns while Clark put up 181 yards with two touchdowns.

Newton Falls (2-3) was led by Bill Wright’s 177 rushing yards.

Newton Falls quarterback Brandon Brungard added 79 yards through the air.

Ben Nowak and Kyle Borrelli each scored twice for Garfield (5-0) in a blowout win.

Quarterback Dalton Fall completed 13 of 19 passes for 182 yards while the Garrettsville defense limited the Rebels (2-3) to just four first downs.

Devin Turney and Caleb Hill found the end zone for Crestview.

DeCosta Baptiste scored on a 61-yard run in the first quarter.

Jared Miller returned a kickoff for 93 yards for Mineral Ridge (0-5, 0-1).

Berlin Center

Western Reserve (2-3) rushed for more than 400 yards with 205 yards and three touchdowns coming from Jack Cappabianca.

He also added six tackles on defense.

For Wellsville(2-3) quarterback Justin Miller had 344 yards passing with Michael Shope hauling in seven passes for 125 yards.

Jackson Milton(4-1) was led by quarterback Johnathan Voland who had 300 yards of total offense and three rushing touchdowns.

His favorite target was Noah Laster who had 11 catches for 76 yards.

Newbury (3-2)rushed for more than 400 yards.

Marlington 42 Salem 14


The Dukes (5-0,2-0 Northeastern Buckeye Conference) stormed out to a 24-7 lead at halftime led by Jaquiez Sampson with three first-half scores.

CJ Greiner finshed the game with 247 yards passing and two touchdowns.

Salem (2-3, 0-2) had scores from Cooper Bezerdi and Jake Humeniuk.

West Branch 28 Carrollton 21


West Branch(3-2) broke open a tight contest midway through the fourth quarter and never looked back. Brett Butcher led West Branch with 11 catches while Rob Lozier had 155 yards on the ground. Quarterback TJ DeShields had 118 passing yards and a rushing touchdown. Leading the way for the Warriors defense was Cole Pittman with 10 tackles. Carrollton(3-2) was led by Chase Flanagan on the ground with 116 yards and three touchdowns.
