Book sale and movie set at Lepper Library


Lepper Library will have a book sale from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday. There will be a selection of adult, teen and children’s books, audios books and movies. The prices are: hardbacks, 50 cents; paperbacks, 25 cents; magazines, 10 cents; audios and DVDs, $1; all children’s books, 25 cents; and videos, 50 cents each or three for a $1.

The sale will take place in the library garage off Vine Street. Proceeds will help fund programing at the Library. For information contact the Library.

Lepper Library, 303 E. Lincoln Way, will be showing a romantic comedy-drama from 1952 at 2:30 p.m. Monday. It stars John Wayne as a retired American boxer who returns to the village of his birth in Ireland, where he finds love (Maureen O’Hara).
