Westminster Presbyterian Church will conduct its fourth annual Blue Christmas Service at 7 p.m. Dec. 6. The service recognizes not everyone is happy during the Christmas season. Dealing with the loss of a loved one, facing divorce or separation, coping with a job loss, living with a chronic illness and other issues may dampen the Christmas spirit.
The service is planned to bring Christ to participants in a refreshing way as people face struggles. There will be special Scripture readings, music, poems and a message of hope.
