Man, 20, drowns in West Branch

The body of a man who drowned when his kayak capsized in rough water Saturday at West Branch State Park Reservoir was recovered Sunday by rescue crews.

Authorities say two 20-year-old men were kayaking Saturday when their kayaks filled with water and capsized. Fishermen helped one of the men to shore but could not save the second man, reported 21 WFMJ-TV, The Vindicator’s broadcast partner.
