Vandalism: A delivery truck was damaged at United Freezer, 650 N. Meridian Road.

Breaking and entering: A $700 router was stolen from a home in the 6000 block of New Road.

Counterfeit currency: A counterfeit $10 bill was passed at BP Fast Trac, 890 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

Theft: Unidentified males stole pop, beer and a video at from Marc’s,4755 Mahoning Ave.

Warrant: Police arrested James Allen, 35, of Winchester Avenue on a warrant for drug possession out of Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court.

Robbery: A purse and money were taken from a home in the 4000 block of Rhode Island Drive.

Dec. 6

Warrant: Police arrested James Sheets, 30, Lucius Avenue, Youngstown, on a warrant for theft.

Falsification: Police issued a summons to Nakeia Hall, 34, of Lucius Avenue, Youngstown, on a charge of falsification.

Burglary: Jewelry and cash were taken from a shome in the 400 block of South Raccoon Road. Police said there were no signs of forced entry.

Felonious assault: Two victims were threatened with a knife, Taser and pepper spray in the 1000 block of Compass West.

Theft: Police arrested David Dorbish, 40, of Wendover Circle on a charge of theft. Police accused him of taking a $15.99 package of rib-eye steaks from Rulli Bros., 4331 Kirk Road.

Theft by deception: A contractor failed to perform work at a home in the 1000 block of Countryside Drive.

Criminal damaging: Tires were slashed on a vehicle parked at a home in the 70 block of Evans Avenue.

Theft: Electronics were stolen from the TA Travel Center, 5400 Seventy-Six Drive.

Theft: Thirty dollars was stolen from a purse at a home in the 100 block of Carnegie Avenue.

Domestic violence: Police arrested Thomas Carelly, 44, of Countryside Drive on the charge.

Dec. 8

Theft by deception: A scam was reported at a home in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.

Burglary: Money and household items were stolen from and damage was done to a residence in the 500 block of North Four Mile Run Road.

Telecommunications harassment: A son was contacting a mother who did not want the contact at a home in the 4000 block of Shadow Oak Drive.

Recovered property: A wallet was recovered at a home in the 3000 block of Meander Reserve Circle.

Theft: A Coach purse was stolen from Regal Cinema, 6020 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: A wallet and cash were stolen from Belleria Pizza, 3460 S. Meridian Road.

Theft: Chinese food was stolen from a home in the 50 block of Westminster Avenue.

Theft: Police arrested Ashley Miller, 28, of West Judson Avenue, Youngstown, and Shawna Tarver, 25, of East Boston Avenue, Youngstown, on theft charges. Police accused them of taking merchandise from the JCPenney store, 6000 Mahoning Ave.

Dec. 9

Drug offense: Police issued a summons to Matthew Tedil, 32, North Main Street, on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, and arrested Jason Stines, 32, of Hopkins Road, Youngstown, on a Youngstown warrant for possession of drug-abuse instruments and township charges of possession of heroin, drug paraphernalia and drug abuse instruments.

Dec. 10

Warrant: Police arrested Sammy Anderson, 21,of Aldrich Road on a warrant out of Canfield Mayor’s Court for failure to appear on a traffic charge and two other unspecified warrants from Youngstown and the Mahoning County Sheriff’s Office.

Theft: Several items were stolen from a truck parked at a home in the 4000 block of Lanterman Road.

Drug offense: Police issued a summons to Samantha Petrony, 30, of Canfield Road on charges of possession of drug-abuse instruments.

Theft: Police arrested Amber DeCaprio, 24, of Westchester Drive on a theft charge. Police accused her of taking $36.48 in merchandise from Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: Police issued a summons to Tara Talbert, 33, of Royal Mall, Niles, on charges of possession of marijuana, resisting arrest, falsification, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dec. 11

Breaking and entering: A lock was taken and entry was gained in a patio area at Tractor Supply,6225 Mahoning Ave.

Attempted auto theft: Two U-Haul vehicles had their steering columns and ignitions damaged at Lube Stop, 5010 Mahoning Ave.

Recovered property: A box truck was stolen and later recovered at Sears, 6009 Mahoning Ave.
