It is going to take more strong messages such as this to tell our elected officials that we are sick and tired of their wasteful ways. I'm sure the outlandish raises recently reported by the Vindicator finally opened some eyes. The sad part is that it will be right back on the ballot, counting on peoples short attention plan. Now we will see the commissioners retaliate by telling us they don't have the money to repair potholes(which they have not done with the money), then will come the scare tactic of Sheriff Department layoffs. The sad supposed leaders have no clue.
