Jubilee Gardens KickOff Event

What: Jubilee Gardens celebrates opening of the gardens with kickoff event at First Presbyterian Church, Youngstown, where gardeners, other community members gather for lunch and keynote speaker Christina Perry of 30-Mile Meal Project.
