WARREN

Chaylon A. Breckenridge, 26, of Fifth Street Southwest, pleaded innocent to aggravated burglary, assault and obstructing official business Tuesday in Warren Municipal Court after police said he fled after a Sunday night domestic dispute.

Police were called at 8:26 p.m. Monday to a home in the 400 block of Tod Avenue Southwest, where a woman reported Breckenridge struck her in the mouth during an argument.

When police pulled up, Breckenridge fled toward Highland Avenue. Police saw him on the porch of a house on Highland in a confrontation with another male. Police arrested Breckenridge and learned he tried to break into the Highland home.

A judge set bond at $75,000.
