TMHA announces $8.9M seniors complex

WARREN — Trumbull Metropolitan Housing Authority announced plans today for an $8.9 million housing complex at 2501 Parkman Road NW for senior citizens 55 and older to be called Parkman Landing.

Groundbreaking for the mixed income, independent-living community is scheduled for January, with completion slated for June 2016.

The three-story, 60-unit, 66,961-square-foot building just south of the Trumbull Plaza will consist of 40 one-bedroom apartments and 20 two-bedroom apartments. It will feature a community room, lounge, laundry facilities and electronic door system.
