Salvation Army unit needs your help

Published: Wed, June 11, 2014 @ 5:41 a.m.

NEWTON FALLS

This summer the Salvation Army, Newton Falls Service Unit, will have Christmas in July by ringing the red kettle bells on July 1, 2 and 3 at IGA and Shop N Save.

The public is asked to call and get on the schedule to ring for two hours on one of those days at one of those locations.

The collection allows SA to help those less fortunate pay for prescriptions they need, help in avoiding utility shut-offs and many other things.

Call 330-872-5574 and ask to get your name on the schedule to ring for two hours.

Ringing takes place from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Any person, family or group is asked to ring for two hours during these times.
