Success, leadership open house Tuesday

The Raymond J. Wean Foundation’s Neighborhood SUCCESS and Leadership program will have an open house titled “Getting to Know You-Warren” from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at 147 W. Market St. Call 330-394-5600 for information. The open house enables the Wean staff, 2014 Emerging Leaders and Resident Council members to meet with residents to share opportunities available through the program, said Jennifer Roller, Wean Foundation president.

“Neighborhood SUCCESS 1.0: Engaging Residents” awards grants of $500 to $5,000 to develop and implement resident-led projects within the Foundation’s issue priorities.

“Neighborhood SUCCESS 2.0: Emerging Leaders” helps individuals build fundamental leadership skills. A minimum of 25 Warren and Youngstown residents will be selected for the program.
