Published: Wed, July 16, 2014 @ 11:38 a.m.

YOUNGSTOWN

Police cited a man for possession of dangerous drugs after they found 16 pills in a bottle in his pocket and $50 in cash on an East Side street about 8:20 p.m. Tuesday

Reports said officers were called to the first block of Kendis Circle for a complaint about a man dealing drugs and they saw Ryan Friendly, 23, of Youngstown, standing in front of a home there. Friendly matched the description of the person who was selling drugs, reports said.

Police went to talk to Friendly and saw a pill bottle in his pocket and the cash in a plastic bag, reports said. He was released after he was given his citation.
