Someone made off with a trailer with various lawn mower equipment inside, totaling more than $10,000 in losses for a local business.

An 18-foot box trailer was discovered missing from Ohltown Road Tuesday morning and reported to authorities at 8:16 a.m. Tuesday.

The trailer belonged to Impact Property Solutions and is valued at about $10,000 and various lawn mower equipment was inside the trailer. The value of those items was unavailable Wednesday morning.

There are currently no suspects and police believe someone connected a vehicle to the trailer and drove off sometime Monday night.

"Police believe someone connected a vehicle to the trailer and drove off sometime Monday night." Do you think? WTF, maybe they just put in their pocket and walked away. As an officer of the law once told me, "The police are not all that smart, criminals are just plan stupid."
