BOARDMAN — Changes are coming to The Shops at Boardman Park.

Movies 8 will reopen Friday with eight theaters showing “Captain America: The Winter Soldier,” “Heaven is for Real,” “A Million Ways to Die in the West,” “Neighbors,” “Rio 2,” “Rio 2 3D,” “The Amazing Spider-Man 2” and “The Amazing Spider-Man 2 3D.”

All shows will be $3 with a $2 surcharge for 3D features.

For show times go to boardmanmovies8.com.

Cold Stone Creamery will close Saturday after an agreement was reached for a new tenant to take the spot. Details on the new tenant have not been released, but the tenant is expected to make its own announcement, said Celeste Lisko, marketing director for Handel Investments LLC, the company that owns The Shops at Boardman Park.

Party Max in the plaza closed in March. Some potential tenants have looked at the location, Lisko said.

Took my family there Friday and it was awesome. First time I got to see a 3D movie, and all 4 of us could see it for $20. Try that at Regal Cinemas.
