Youngstown man faces charges after arrest in Campbell

CAMPBELL — A 27-year-old Youngstown man faces charges of receiving stolen property and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle after police arrested him shortly before 3 p.m. Monday during a traffic stop.

During said traffic stop, police found a handgun under the seat where Brian L. Williams of Almyra Avenue was seated. The gun was confirmed as stolen through the New Castle, Pa., police department. Williams also was charged with driving under suspension and for driving in a no-passing zone. He will appear in Campbell Municipal Court later today.
