Theft: Police arrested Susan Roth, 39, of Moore Street, East Liverpool, on a charge of theft that police said took place March 28.
Warrant: Police arrested Marika Kinloch, 26, of North Brockway Avenue, Youngstown, who surrendered to authorities on a warrant from Mayor’s Court for failure to appear on a traffic violation.
Drugs: Police arrested Mark Hoffman, 54, of Belding, Mich., on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and drug abuse.
Warrant: Police arrested Dennis Jastal, 54, of Milton, Fla., on a burglary warrant out of Butler, Pa.
Telecommunications harassment: A victim from the 1000 block of Tuxford Court reported receiving unwanted texts and calls.
Auto theft: A 2014 Subaru was stolen from a home in the 4000 block of Nantucket Boulevard.
Theft: A trash can was stolen from a home in the 600 block of Purdue Avenue.
Burglary: A go-cart was taken from an attached garage at a home in the 100 block of South Beverly Avenue.
Theft: A wallet was reported stolen at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: A wallet was taken at Giant Eagle, 5220 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: Police issued a summons to Jane Jackson, 34, of Atlantic Street Northeast, Warren, in the theft of cosmetics and cat food at Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: A UPS package was stolen from a home in the 20 block of North Yorkshire Boulevard.
Assault: A suspect pushed a male at a home in the 100 block of South Kimberly Avenue.
Drug offense: Police issued a summons to Gary Disko, 24, of Thompson-Clark Road, Bristolville, on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Warrant: Police arrested James Wolfe, 28, of North Raccoon Road on a warrant for failure to appear on a traffic violation.
Theft: Police arrested Joshua Braccini, 23, of Union Street Southwest, Warren, and Brandon Braccini, 21, same address, at Walmart. Police said they were found to have containers of men’s colognes and three oil caps. Police said theyalso found 203 oil caps in the suspects’ car.
Criminal damaging: A window to a residence was broken in the 60 block of Kleber Avenue.
Criminal damaging: Four ties were cut on a vehicle parked at a home in the 50 block of Patterson Court.
Identity theft: A false IRS return was reported at a home in the 100 block of Westchester Drive.
Animal complaint: An dog was attacked by another dog at Woodridge Drive and Elm Trace.
Warrant: Police arrested Anthony Girardi, 28, of Salt Springs Road, Youngstown, on a warrant for failure to appear on two theft charges and resisting arrest.

Criminal damaging: Tires to a vehicle were damaged while parked at a home in the 3000 block of Potomac Drive.
Theft: A tenant dispute over property at a home in the 1000 block of South Raccoon Road resulted in a theft complaint.
Criminal damaging: A garage and siding were spray-painted at a home in the 2000 block of Spring Meadow Circle.
Warrant: Police arrested Rocky Kennedy, 35, of Woodridge Drive, on a warrant for failure to appear on a traffic violation.

Telecommunications harassment: A woman reported being harassed by phone at a home in the 200 block of South Edgehill Avenue.
Disorderly conduct: Police arrested Levi Gardner, 34, of Amarillo, Texas, on a charge of disorderly conduct at Chipper’s Lounge, 5 N. Edgehill Ave. He also was charged with assault on a police officer, resisting arrest and vandalism.
